Thank you so much for your continued support and trust. Two years ago, Teresa Lopez Photography paused accepting new clients due to personal health reasons. During that time, we continued to serve our existing clients with gratitude and care.

For safety reasons, our business phone number was changed and email were also temporarily paused during this period. We understand this may have caused some inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience.

About a year ago, we transitioned to a new website and storage provider. Clients were notified via email to download their galleries, as the previous system was being retired and files were scheduled for deletion.

We also want to address a previous partnership with a third-party videography & editing  company. Unfortunately, that company discontinued the partnership without notice. If you did not receive your video files, please contact us immediately so we can help you navigate the next steps.

If you are a past client needing access to a gallery, please note that retrieval from archives may involve a fee and is not guaranteed, as some files may no longer be available in the system.
